It was said that the windlass owes the bank nearly Rs 40 crore and the time period given by the bank to Windlass to repay this outstanding has been completed, so the bank has taken over the entire project, now people came to know that their money is now going to sink.

There were plans to build several towers of hundered of flats in this project having different variants, Not only this, it was completely a smart city project in which the needs of people like malls, schools, gyms were also set up in the same campus.

According to PNBHFL, Windlass Developers Private Limited is unable to repay its loan of 40 crores. For this, on 10 February, the notice was sent to the lenders and guarantors of Windlass Developers Private Limited, Pranav Rastogi, Sudhir Kumar Windlass and Pradeep Kumar Windlass, PNB Housing finance had given a 60 days of time to repay the loan amount of about 40 crores failing to do so, now PNB Housing Finance Limited has decided to hold the Windlass River Valley Housing Township Project which is under construction and took possession of its properties.
