Big blow to Mumbai Police in Sushant case, SC ordered CBI investigation
The Supreme Court has given its verdict on the investigation of bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput case and given the CBI the authority to investigate the case. Sushant’s family and his fans have been demanding a CBI inquiry from a long time. The Supreme Court has upheld the FIR registered in Bihar. Also, Mumbai Police have been ordered to cooperate in the investigation.
The court said that the Mumbai Police had not interrogated the matter but only inquired. The Supreme Court asked the Mumbai Police to give all the documents to the CBI. The Maharashtra government and the Mumbai Police have suffered a major setback with the Supreme Court’s decision. Maharashtra government can challenge this decision of the Supreme Court.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said – After the decision of the Supreme Court, it has been proved that the Bihar Police had taken the right action. The decision of the Bihar government was taken according to the law. Now Sushant’s family will get justice and the truth of the case will be revealed. Everyone wished there was a CBI inquiry into the Sushant case. The CBI will investigate the Sushant case properly. The feelings of the whole country are attached to Sushant.

Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey expressed happiness over the handing over of the Sushant case to the CBI. He questioned the Mumbai Police investigation and to quarantine his officer. He told the media that with the decision of the Supreme Court it was proved that the Bihar Police did nothing wrong. It is a victory against injustice. We believe that Sushant will get justice. We were charged with many charges. We were not allowed to investigate. The Patna Police was doing everything legally. Riya does not have the capacity to comment on the Chief Minister of Bihar.
