“Boycott China” face masks are trending in Jammu
After a face-off with China, people in Jammu have decided to boycott Chinese goods. Lately people started using locally manufactured face masks imprinted “Boycott China” to fight coronavirus.
“After Galwan valley face-off clash with China, Printed masks are in huge demands having slogans ‘Boycott China‘, “Boycott Made in China” and “Boycott Red China, Buy Made In India.” said Amit, a shop owner in Srinagar said while speaking to ANI.
At least 20 Indian Army personnel, including a Colonel rank officer, had lost their lives in the violent face-off in the Galwan valley area of Ladakh on June 15.
Indian intercepts revealed that the Chinese side suffered 43 casualties including dead and seriously injured, ANI reported citing sources.
