Chinese Army ‘Backed’ 20 companies: Pentagon released a list

Corona virus that originated from Wuhan in China has become the cause of trouble for the whole world today. In such a situation, it seems that all the big countries of the world are now understanding their own good in keeping a distance from China.

US President Trump has also continuously attacked China for the past several time. Yesterday on Thursday, the American Pentagon prepared a list of 20 such companies owned or controlled by the Chinese military.
It is believed that the US government may ban these 20 companies of this list, which would prove to be a major setback for China.

The biggest names in this list are Huawei Technologies Co. and Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology. Even before this list of the Pentagon was released, the US Secretary of State accused the Huawei Technologies company of being a “CCP surveillance state tool”.

The US had blacklisted Huawei and Hikvision for national security last year. According to US law, the President can impose sanctions on the companies included in this list of Pentagon and all the assets of these companies can also be confiscated. Hikvision called the allegations baseless and said that it is not a Chinese army company nor has the company ever done any research or development for the army.

The tensions between the two countries are expected to increase further by banning companies included in this list. Already the relationship between the two countries is not in good condition because of the corona virus.
