How long will secularism spectacles be worn only for a particular community in this country?
Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet in the Gokulpuri murder case which happened along with Delhi violence. On 26 February, the body of Dilbar Negi was found by the police in the Anil Sweet House of Brijpuri in a mutilated condition.
On March 07, Shahnawaz was arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the Delhi violence on charges of killing a youth named Dilbar Negi. Dilbar Negi was killed in Delhi violence and his body was found in a mutilated condition on February 26 at Anil Sweet House in Shiv Vihar.
Gokulpuri police station filed an FIR against Shahnawaz under section 147/148/149/302/201/436/427 of IPC. Dilbar Negi is among those who were most brutally murdered during the violence. Dilbar Negi (22) used to work as a waiter in Anil Sweet House. The rioters vandalized the Anil Sweet House. They also killed Dilbar and cut both of his hands. The body of Dilbar was found on the second floor of the Anil Sweet House on 26th February. Shahnawaz is accused of sabotaging and stoning several Hindu shops near Shiv Vihar Tiraha along with his colleagues.
An eyewitness has identified Shahnawaz as the main mob instigator on 24th February. In spite of all this, no public person has said anything about it nor has any of the award return gang returned the award.
