Mayawati comes in support of BJP, slams Congress

BSP president Mayawati supported BJP on the issue of border dispute between India and China at the LAC and said that whatever decision BJP will take on this issue, we are with them. Mayawati had also lashed out at the Congress for the plight of migrant workers recently.

Congress continously tried to attack the central government in the past few days on India-China border dispute. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi made many big allegations on the Prime Minister. BSP President Mayawati has fiercely targeted the Congress in response to this, which is a major setback for the Congress.

Targeting Congress, Mayawati said, “If the Congress had acted sincerely after independence and worked for the interests of the weaker sections, we would not have needed to create a BSP, neither did they fulfill the quota of reservation nor strengthen their economic condition. Large numbers of migrant laborers migrated when the Corona epidemic spread. Why did they come? They came because the governments did not make any arrangements for their stay there. But the question is that when did the people of UP, Bihar, Haryana leave their state and go to other states? These people went for a livelihood when there was a Congress party at the center and in most states there was also a Congress government. If the Congress party had made arrangements for livelihood for these people then they would not have to go to other states.”

With this, She said that if the BJP too does not fulfill its promises, then it too will be out of power. Mayawati is being appreciated everywhere for playing the role of a responsible opposition and for standing with the country in the event of crisis.
