Iqbal Ansari the lead petitioner for the Muslims parties in the Ram Janm bhoomi case has demanded court and Government to conclude the Babri Masjid Demolition case and close this one, he further said that case should be closed “without any politics” and expressed that special CBI court will give justice without further adieu.
Iqbal Ansari reiterated apex court has already given the judgement and case has been put to rest. He further said that special CBI court which is investigating on the Demolishing of the Babari Masjid should also be closed speedily.
He even said that communalism should end in the county as dispute was already settled. “Due to corona, it is time for social distancing but we don’t want distance between Hindus & Muslims,” he was quoted as saying.
A Special CBI Court under Justice SK Yadav is set to record the statements of the accused, namely, LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti, in the Babri Masjid Demolition case on June 4.
After losing the case Muslim parties demanded the ruins of the Babari Masjid along with its foundation which Supreme court has admitted stating that for more than 3 centuries Muslims are offered prayers at the mosque. Hindu parties in context had expressed no objection to the Muslim parties’
