Uttarakhand Unlock 3, Read the Guidelines

The people of the state were waiting for the unlock-3 guideline. After releasing the guidelines by the Central Government, the Uttarakhand State Government has also released the guidelines for Unlock-3. Registration in the Smart City web portal is mandatory for those coming from outside. Apart from this, Gym and Yoga Center can be opened as per rules from 5th August. At the same time, the people of the states were hopeful that a decision could be taken on the Uttarakhand transport bus to travel outside, but in view of the increasing cases of Corona virus, the government has not started it. A look at the guidelines issued in Uttarakhand.

• In Uttarakhand, the lockdown will be applicable only in Containment Zone.
• The District Magistrate will have the authority to determine the buffer zone.
• Relief in Unlock-3 will be provided only to areas outside the Containment Zone.
• People from other states will have to register on the smart city portal as before.
• School colleges educational institutions coaching institutes will remain closed till 31 August.
• Permission for online distance learning will remain.
• Cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theaters, bars, auditorium assembly halls will remain closed.
• Yoga centers and gyms will be opened from August 5 with the permission of the central government.
• International flights will also be opened only on orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
• The same Independence Day celebrations can be organized, but it is mandatory to follow all the rules including social distancing.
• It will be mandatory to give the same border check post on all the papers demanded.
