Demand to make Rahul Gandhi the president of Congress in full swing

This is not the first time that the leaders of the Congress Party have demanded to hand over the command of the party to Rahul Gandhi, even earlier this demand has been kept on several occasions. This time the occasion was a virtual meeting of the Congress working committee.
Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has raised a demand to re-appoint Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi as the President of Indian National congress in the Congress Working Committee meeting(CWC)

After this demand of Gehlot, political speculation has intensified and there is a possibility of major reshuffle. Harish Rawat, Sanjay Nirupam and other senior Congress leaders have strongly supported this demand of Gehlot.
As of now, Rahul Gandhi and Congress Interim President Sonia Gandhi have not yet reacted in this regard.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot proposed that Rahul Gandhi should take care of the Congress while taking care of the feelings of the country.
In this CWC meeting, three resolutions were passed and the current political situation of the country was discussed. Significantly, Rahul Gandhi resigned from the post of party president for failing to discharge his duties in the past, after which his mother Sonia Gandhi was appointed as the interim president. Despite this, many political analysts believe that Rahul Gandhi is likely to become president again.
